Tamuning Apartment Burglary: Car Theft Suspect Caught

In a twist worthy of a heist video game, a man found himself in the not-so-glamorous role of villain after breaking into a Tamuning apartment and stealing the resident’s car. On August 2, 2025, authorities reported that CK Kisoy, a 32-year-old with a flair for the dramatic, was caught on surveillance as he boldly entered the victim’s home—not once, but twice. After making himself at home, he drove off in the victim’s Nissan Murano, turning a regular morning into a real-life caper.

The story kicks off when the 61-year-old resident noticed his key fob was missing. No fob? No fun! Soon after, he discovered his vehicle had vanished. Picture it: you step outside, ready to tackle your day, only to find your ride is MIA. Thankfully, the Tamuning police were on it. They jumped into action, ultimately piecing together the evidence thanks to that ever-handy surveillance footage. It’s like the stuff of our favorite RPGs—one moment you’re in your cozy home, and the next, you’re combatting a criminal plot.

And what do you know? The plot thickened! The key fob, which Kisoy had tossed aside like a bad power-up, was discovered in a nearby alley, with the misfit admitting he’d taken it straight from the apartment. As gamers, we know how essential good tactics are. But Kisoy? He clearly skipped the tutorial on stealthy play. Now he faces multiple charges including vehicle theft, burglary, and even destruction of evidence—talk about a mission gone wrong.

It’s reminders like these that highlight our community’s safety and the vigilance of local authorities. Just as we protect our online identities in the Web3 space, we need to look out for our physical spaces as well. Living in Guam brings a unique mix of camaraderie and challenge—whether we’re gaming or going about our daily lives, trust and security are key.

So folks, keep your keys close and your virtual worlds even closer. You never know when you might need to activate your own hero mode to thwart an unexpected intruder. Stay safe, stay savvy, and game on!
